The full session fee is due no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to confirm and secure your booking. 2. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling with at least 24 hours notice, we will gladly work with you to find a new date and time. (subject to availability) No additional fee will be charged for one reschedule. 3. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, no shows, or late arrivals (30 minutes or more) that prevent the full session from being competed will forfeit the entire session fee, with no refund provided. 4. ALL session fees are non-refundable once paid. This policy allows us to maintain affordable pricing while honoring committed time to preparation. 5. DIGITAL FILES: All packages include fully edited, high-resolution digital images with a persona print release. As a standard in professional photography, RAW or Unprocessed files are not provided, as they form part of the photographers proprietary creative process. We appreciate your understanding this helps us continue offering high-quality, budget-friendly photography services to our area.
